A little about me

I started practising yoga when my children were babies. I was looking for some peace and quiet and yoga classes quickly became my refuge. I found that I would always leave a class feeling more grounded and balanced.

Over the past ten years, since that first yoga class, my practice has not always been consistent. However, I always come back to it because it comforts and settles me during challenging times.

I embarked on my teacher training in 2020 because I wanted to be able to show others what yoga can do. It is what works best for me and I wanted to share its wonders.

Yoga is the settling of the mind into silence
