CLASSES
You will be guided through a gentle yoga flow, giving you the opportunity to connect with your body and mind. We will focus on the breath and mindful movement. All levels welcome - you don’t need to be able to touch your toes!
The class is 60 minutes; we will warm up slowly before moving into an energising flow, and the class will always end with a relaxation.
Classes will be held at the Phoenix Hall in Netheravon on Fridays during term time, 9.30-10.30am. To book, please click the button below.
